The Rope and Net Products Quality Inspection and Test Center , Ministry of Agriculture , has a certificate of measure authentication issued by national measure authentication administrative committee and a certificate of examination authentication issued by the Ministry of Agriculture.

The center has mainly undertaken inspecting tasks for chemical fiber rotated (or weaved) ropes, natural fiber ropes, steel wire ropes, jack-wire ropes, synthetic fibers hoist belts, adhesive-bonded fabrics for architecture, safety net, fishing nets, sports nets, and various kinds of synthetic fiber nets netlike fabrics and agricultural plastic films, etc.

Since established in 1992, the center has undertaken more than ten mandatory tasks assigned by the state and the Ministry of Agriculture in inspecting and assessment of product quality. The center has provided many inspection reports for net manufacturing enterprises, trade organizations at home and abroad and authentication organization.
