The Fishery Products Quality Inspection and Test Center(Shanghai),Ministry of Agriculture , has obtained a certificate of measure authentication issued by national measure authentication administrative committee and a certificate of examination authentication issued by the Ministry of Agriculture. It can mainly offer to inspect 10 kinds,70 of aquatic products and 78 parameters such as fresh and frozen aquatic products, dried salted products, cooked dried products, instant products, aquatic chemical products, fish meal and oil, aquatic flavoring, guts products and fish cans, etc.

In recent years, our center has undertaken many test items such as “drug residues in animal products control program” assigned by the Ministry of Agriculture, and drawn up inspecting standards for harmless foods and drug residues in aquatic products.
